Introduction

Suhov.Media ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Pomodoro Timer mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used and shared, how it is protected, and what choices are available to you.

Information We Collect

Feedback Data

If you choose to submit feedback through the App, we collect your email address, feedback message, rating, and submission time. We use this information to review your feedback, provide support, and contact you regarding your submission. Feedback is stored using Google Firebase Cloud Firestore.

Submitting feedback is optional, and you can use the App without submitting it. However, an email address is currently required to send feedback through the App. We do not collect your name or phone number through the feedback form.

Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics and Amplitude Analytics to understand how the App is used and to improve its features, reliability, and usability. These services may collect app interactions (such as starting, completing, or skipping a timer), screen views, sessions, subscription-related events, app version, operating system version, language, device model, installation or device identifiers, IP address, and approximate location inferred from the IP address.

Advertising Data

The free version of the App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect or receive IP address and approximate location inferred from it, advertising ID, app set ID and other device identifiers, ad views, taps, app launches, and diagnostic information. This data may be used to display and measure advertisements, provide analytics, and prevent fraud and abuse.

The availability of personalized advertising depends on your region, consent choices, and device settings. You can manage advertising privacy preferences and reset or delete your advertising ID through your Android device settings.

Crash Reports

We use Firebase Crashlytics to identify and fix crashes and technical problems. Crashlytics may collect crash logs, stack traces, application-state and diagnostic information, device model, operating system version, app version, and installation identifiers.

Purchase and Subscription Data

The App uses Google Play Billing to offer subscriptions and verify whether a subscription is active. The App may process subscription status, product identifiers, purchase tokens, and transaction-related events. Payments are processed by Google Play; we do not receive or store your full payment card or bank account details. Firebase Analytics may automatically collect purchase and subscription events, including product identifiers and prices.

Remote Configuration Data

The App uses Firebase Remote Config to manage certain settings and features. Firebase Remote Config may process technical information such as country code, language, time zone, platform and operating system version, app version, package name, and Firebase installation ID.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App and its subscription features.
• To receive, review, and respond to feedback.
• To understand how users interact with the App.
• To diagnose crashes and improve performance, reliability, and usability.
• To display and measure advertisements in the free version of the App.
• To prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your email address or feedback message. We use the following service providers, which may process information as described in this Privacy Policy:

• Google Firebase, including Cloud Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics, Installations, and Remote Config, for data storage, analytics, crash reporting, and app configuration.
• Google AdMob for advertising, advertising measurement, analytics, security, and fraud prevention.
• Google Play and Google Play Billing for payment processing and subscription management.
• Amplitude Analytics for product and usage analytics.

We may also disclose information where required by law, to protect users or our legal rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or transfer of the App, subject to applicable law.

Your Rights

• You can use the App without submitting feedback.
• You can choose not to purchase a subscription.
• You can manage advertising privacy preferences through your Android device settings.
• You can request deletion of personal information controlled by us.

Data Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of feedback and other personal information controlled by us by emailing a@suhov.media with the subject “Pomodoro Timer data deletion request”. To help us locate your feedback, send the request from the same email address used in the feedback form or include that address in your request.

We may retain limited information where required by law or where necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution. Pseudonymous information processed by third-party analytics or advertising providers may also be subject to those providers’ retention policies and user controls.

Data Retention

Feedback submissions are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to review the feedback, provide support, improve the App, or comply with legal obligations. Analytics, advertising, crash, diagnostic, and purchase-related information is retained according to our configured retention settings and the retention practices of the relevant service provider.

We may retain information for a longer period where required by law, necessary to resolve disputes, or necessary to protect the security and integrity of the App.

Data Security

Information transmitted by the App to Firebase, Google, and Amplitude services is protected in transit using HTTPS and Transport Layer Security (TLS). We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, our service providers, or applicable requirements change. When we update it, we will change the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
